Lynx Thoughts

Just a quick note to, er, note that my Sifu’s third book has been published:  Authentic Five Animals Hasayfu Hung Kuen.  I aided in editing and putting the book together, plus you can see photos of me inside getting taken out by Sifu Wing Lam in no end of variety of ways!  Sifu has amazing depth of knowledge and understanding of martial principles and its awesome that he’s preserving it in book form, and I really feel privileged to be able to contribute in getting the books out.
