Kickin’ It

Tonight’s class was apparently infected all over by kicks.  Or, at least, I was.  Practice a segment of the Tai Chi set… finish with a thrust kick.  Finish a line of Xing Yi… throw in a thrust kick.  Walk the circle in Bagua… lash out with a thrust kick.  Those kicks, they just got everywhere!

So it was therefore only appropriate that my after workout workout mainly consisted of me kicking the heavy bag over and over and over and over and over and over and over.  If ya got the fever, ya got ta get it out, right?  Hooray for kicks!
